The UCI Division of Career Pathways offers services and resources for UCI and UC alumni. We aim to make it easy for you to access these benefits.

  • Access to Handshake job and internship postings (access for 1 year post-graduation).
  • Access to Division of Career Pathways' Career Fairs (access for 1 year post-graduation).
  • All benefits listed above that are available to all alumni.

Note: Recent UC grads from other UCs (not UCI) must pay for the Handshake and Fairs package starting from Day 1 following their graduation. There is no 1 year free access period.

All UCI and UC Alumni 2+ Years After Graduation (See Pricing):

If you graduated more than one year ago, we offer different pricing options for Handshake and Career Fairs access:

UCI Alumni Pricing (2+ Years Post-Graduation): $20 for 6 months access
Other UC Alumni Pricing (starting at graduation): $40 for 6 months access. Please email required proof of graduation - e.g. copy of diploma or copy of final transcript to career@uci.edu

This includes the following benefits:

  • Access to Handshake job and internship postings (access for 6 months).
  • Access to Division of Career Pathways' Career Fairs (access for 6 months).
  • All benefits above that are available to all alumni.

For additional services including counseling and workshops, please consider the Alumni ONE-PASS below.

Please note that this Handshake and Career Fair package can be purchased multiple times per alumnus and may be renewed if desired. Processing of Alumni Services requests typically takes 3-5 business days.

Interested in a counseling appointment + Handshake and Career Fairs access? Consider the Alumni ONE-PASS.

UCI Alumni Price: $50 for 6 months ($40 for verified UCI Alumni Association Members).
Other UC Alumni Price: $75 for 6 months (requires proof of graduation). Please email required proof of graduation - e.g. copy of diploma or copy of final transcript to career@uci.edu.

The Alumni ONE-PASS package includes:

  • All benefits above that are available to all alumni.
  • Access to Handshake job and internship postings (access for 6 months).
  • Access to Division of Career Pathways' Career Fairs (access for 6 months).
  • Access to the Big Interview platform.
  • ONE 1-hour counseling session (virtual or in-person; appointments may be scheduled during our operating hours only) for assistance with one of the following topics (this does not include access to in-person or virtual drop-ins):
    • Resume and cover letter review
    • Job search strategy
    • Graduate school planning
    • Career decision making
  • Admission to employer info sessions and workshops (6 months).
