All event registrations with the Division of Career Pathways are completed through Handshake. 

If you’re a new employer partner, be sure to create a Handshake account to post full-time, part-time, and internship opportunities, and to submit your career fair registration. Handshake is the premier online job and internship platform for UC Irvine students. You can also use it to register for other recruiting events and sign up for on-campus interviews.

• All regular registration packages include two (2) representatives, one (1) parking pass, one (1) six-foot table, two (2) chairs, and two (2) lunches. 
• Additional representatives can be added for $40 each, up to a maximum of four (4) total. Please note: only one (1) parking pass is included per organization, regardless of added reps.

Payment Instructions

Payment via credit card is preferred. Payment is due within 14 business days of registration approval via credit card.

If your organization is unable to pay via credit card, please contact us promptly at uciemployers@uci.edu for check payments or alternate arrangements. All checks must include our department specific ZotCode and Career Center Name to ensure receipt.

Refunds

• 61+ days out = full refund 

• 31-60 days = $100 cancellation fee  

• 0-30 days or no-shows = no refund 

No-shows will be charged $100 in addition to outstanding fees without prior communication. Failure to resolve any outstanding balance may disrupt future recruitment efforts with the Division of Career Pathways and result in the suspension of your Handshake account.
