Free Services for UCI Alumni (Up to 1 Year After Graduation)

Recent UCI graduates (up to 1 year after graduation) receive the following additional benefits to those above at no cost:

Note: UC graduates from institutions other than UCI must purchase the Handshake + Career Fairs package immediately after graduation. See below.

Paid Services for UCI and UC Alumni 1-3 Years After Graduation

Handshake + Career Fairs Access

If you graduated between 1-3 years ago and are interested in accessing Handshake job and internship listings and/or our Career Fairs, you can purchase a Handshake + Career Fairs package:

Handshake + Career Fairs Package Includes:

  • Handshake Job & Internship Postings – 6 months of access.
  • Career Fairs – 6 months of access.
  • All free resources available to all alumni (listed above).

The Handshake + Career Fairs package includes 6 months of access to both Handshake job and internship listings as well as access to our career fairs.

Pricing:

  • UCI Alumni (1-3 Years Post-Graduation): $20 for 6 months of access.
  • Other UC Alumni (Starting at Graduation): $40 for 6 months of access. Proof of graduation required (e.g., diploma or final transcript). Email documentation to career@uci.edu.

Purchase Handshake + Career Fairs Package

Important Note:

The Handshake + Career Fairs package is valid for 6 months and can be purchased multiple times per alumnus and renewed as needed. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.

Alumni ONE-PASS

If you graduated between 1-3 years ago and are looking for a 1:1 career counseling session along with Handshake + Career Fair access, the Alumni ONE-PASS provides a comprehensive service package:

Alumni ONE-PASS Package Includes:

  • One Career Counseling Session (1-hour, virtual or in-person appointment during our regular operating hours)
    • Choose one topic:
      • Resume & Cover Letter Review
      • Job Search Strategy
      • Graduate School Planning
      • Career Decision Making
    • Please note: This does not include access to in-person or virtual drop-ins. Drop-ins are exclusive to current UCI students only.
  • Handshake Job & Internship Postings – 6 months of access.
  • Career Fairs – 6 months of access.
  • Big Interview Access – Virtual interview preparation tool.
  • Access to Employer Info Sessions & Workshops – 6 months.
  • All free resources available to all alumni (listed above).

Pricing:

  • UCI Alumni (1-3 Years Post-Graduation): $50 for 6 months of access (or $40 for verified UCI Alumni Association members)
  • Other UC Alumni (Starting at Graduation): $75 for 6 months of access. Proof of graduation required (e.g., diploma or final transcript). Email documentation to career@uci.edu.
