We invite you to join the Counseling Center, Alumni Association, and Division of Career Pathways for a series of 75-minute workshops designed to help seniors prepare for graduation and how to navigate life after UCI. Asking for What You’re Worth & Resiliency After Rejection
DATE/TIME: Week 4, Thursday, April 25th from 3:00-4:15pm
LOCATION: In-Person, Division of Career Pathways Training Room
Job seeking can be stressful throughout, especially at the tail end of the process. This workshop addresses how to give voice to what you want (both financially and opportunity-wise) when the job interviewing is going well. It provides you with the tools to “stay in the game” when faced with disappointment and the rejection of not getting a position you had hoped for.
Financial Considerations After Graduation
DATE/TIME: Week 6, Wednesday, May 8th from 4:00pm-5:15pm
LOCATION: In-Person, Division of Career Pathways Training Room
Learn about the things you didn’t know you needed to know when it comes to your finances and graduation. You will hear from a panel of experts from UCI who have all been in your shoes. The first 20 attendees will receive a financial planner!
Salary Negotiations
DATE/TIME: Week 7, Tuesday, May 14th from 3:00pm-4:15pm
