The On-Campus Interview Program (OCI) at UC Irvine is offered as a means for employers to attract qualified candidates for internships and full-time career opportunities. Interviews are held in one of the Division of Career Pathway’s interview rooms. There is no fee to participate.

All On-Campus Interviews are posted and managed through Handshake. Through Handshake, employers can request schedules, review resumes, evaluate candidates, manage interview selections, and contact students.

On-Campus Interviews are available to current UC Irvine students of all degrees and majors. Prior to submitting a schedule request please review our Recruitment Guidelines.     From your Handshake dashboard, click on “Request an Interview” to get started. Please contact our On-Campus Recruitment Specialist, Kelly Swanholm, with any questions.
  • Where do interviews take place?
    Our interview rooms are located at the Division of Career Pathways on the UCI Campus. The six rooms are designed for one-on-one interviews, but can accommodate up to two interviewers.Occasionally, rooms will be located in the Student Center and if this is the case, you will be notified.
