The Division of Career Pathways hosts several career fairs each year. Career fairs are a great way for recruiters to meet talented and career-ready UCI students. Our quarterly career fairs provide you with the opportunity to recruit students for part-time, full-time, and internship positions.

Career Fair Attendance Policy

UCI Career Fairs are available to all currently enrolled UCI students and UC alumni registered for UCI Division of Career Pathways alumni services. Our Graduate and Professional School Fairs are open to all UCI students, UC alumni, and community members.

  • Why do we have a Career Fair attendance policy?
    This Policy is in place to ensure that individuals that are paying UCI Student Services or Alumni Services fees have access to the Career Fairs funded by these fees. Additionally, the policy assists the Division of Career Pathways to help employers meet our students for recruitment purposes.
  • How much does it cost?
    General Career Fair Pricing

    1. $650 – Standard Registration

      Includes: Standard location*, one (1) six foot table, two (2) chairs, two (2) lunches, and one (1) parking pass. *Pacific Ballroom or Pacific Ballroom Lobby. Company display must fit either on or directly behind table. Oversized displays that exceed table space are not permitted. Companies with larger displays must register at the Premium or Sponsor Level.

    2. $800 – Premium Registration (Limited Availability)

      Includes: Mid-tier location*, one (1) six foot table, two (2) chairs, two (2) lunches, and one (1) parking pass. *Pacific Ballroom. Location accommodates slightly larger displays.

    3. $900 – 3rd Party Registration (This is the ONLY registration option for 3rd Party Recruiters)

      Includes: Standard location*, one (1) six foot table, two (2) chairs, two (2) lunches, and one (1) parking pass. *Pacific Ballroom or Pacific Ballroom Lobby. Company display must fit either on or directly behind table. Oversized displays that exceed table space are not permitted.

    4. $1,000 – Sponsor Single Table Registration (Limited Availability)

      Includes: Top-tier location; one (1) skirted six foot table with pipe and drape; two (2) chairs; two (2) lunches; two (2) parking passes; logo featured on all event-related marketing; and special recognition on day of the event.

    5. $1,500 – Sponsor Double Table Registration (Limited Availability)

      Includes: Top-tier location; two (2) skirted six foot tables with pipe and drape; four (4) chairs; four (4) lunches; three (3) parking passes; logo featured on all event-related marketing; and special recognition on day of the event.

  • What time is the fair?

    All fairs run from 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. with check-in for employers beginning at 8:30 a.m.

  • Where does the fair take place?
    All fairs are held inside the UCI Student Center.
  • Where do I park?
    You will be parking in the Student Center parking structure (corner of West Peltason and Pereira). The Division of Career Pathways reserves a portion of the structure exclusively for guests attending the fair. Please park in this area. The Division of Career Pathways is not responsible for parking citations issued due to a failure to retrieve a pass or for parking in the wrong location.

    Once parked, take the elevator to level 2 and follow the directional signs to the check-in area for your event.

  • How many representatives can I bring?
    We strongly encourage you to have no more than 3-4 representatives at your table at a given time. We do not charge per representative – you can add additional parking passes and/or lunches at the time of registration.
  • Can I purchase additional parking passes or lunches?
    Yes!

    When you register, you can add on additional lunches for $25 (Limit: 4) and/or additional parking passes for $15 (Limit: 1-2; varies by fair).

  • Can I ship materials in advance?
    Yes.

    If you are looking to have your items shipped to use prior to the fair, please send them to the address below. Shipments must arrive no later than 48 hours in advance of the event.

    Return Shipments

    To return packages at the end of the fair, simply leave the package on your table with the return label affixed, and a Division of Career Pathways staff member will pick up your package. All return shipments will be picked up by FedEx/UPS the following business day.
