On-Campus Interviews - Recruiters

The On-Campus Interview Program (OCI) at UC Irvine is offered as a means for employers to attract qualified candidates for internships and full-time career opportunities. Interviews are held in one of the Career Center’s six interview rooms, and there is no fee to participate.

All On-Campus Interviews are posted and managed through Handshake. Through Handshake, employers can request schedules, review resumes, rate candidates, manage interview selections, and contact students.

On-Campus Interviews are available to current UC Irvine students of all degrees and majors. Prior to submitting a schedule request please review our Recruitment Guidelines, public accounting firms must also review the Accounting Recruitment Guidelines. How to Request a Schedule

We are currently upgrading your recruiting experience from ZotLink/Symplicity to Handshake. Please contact our On-Campus Recruitment Specialist, Kelly Swanholm, directly to schedule an on-campus recruitment event.

Where do interviews take place?

Our interview rooms are located in the Career Center on the UCI Campus. The six rooms are designed for one-on-one interviews, but can accommodate up to two interviewers. Occasionally, rooms will be located in the Student Center - if this is the case, you will be notified.
