On-Campus Interviews - Recruiters
The On-Campus Interview Program (OCI) at UC Irvine is offered as a means for employers to attract qualified candidates for internships and full-time career opportunities. Interviews are held in one of the Career Center’s six interview rooms, and there is no fee to participate.
All On-Campus Interviews are posted and managed through ZotLink. Through ZotLink, employers can request schedules, review resumes, rate candidates, manage interview selections, and contact students.
On-Campus Interviews are available to current UC Irvine students of all degrees and majors. Prior to submitting a schedule request please review our Recruitment Guidelines, public accounting firms must also review the Accounting Recruitment Guidelines. How to Request a Schedule
If this will be your first time using ZotLink you will need to create an account.
If you have a ZotLink account, you can view availability and/or request a schedule.
- Log in to ZotLink
- From the menu across the top of the page click "On-Campus Recruiting (OCR)"
- Click "Request a Schedule"
- Select the session you are interested in to view room availability (e.g., Fall 2016)
- Fill in all fields marked * on the form and click "Submit"
All requests are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Where do interviews take place?
Our interview rooms are located in the Career Center on the UCI Campus. The six rooms are designed for one-on-one interviews, but can accommodate up to two interviewers. Occasionally, rooms will be located in the Student Center - if this is the case, you will be notified.
